Giulio Cesare at The Grange Festival

Looking back on our June performances of Handel’s Giulio Cesare at The Grange Festival, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us and to the entire team at the Grange for their warm welcome.

It was a pleasure for Early Opera Company to bring Handel’s extraordinary masterpiece to life alongside such a talented cast, creative team, stage and technical crews, and the wonderful musicians of our orchestra.

“Curnyn conducts throughout with small-scale gestures, sets perfect tempi, ensures suitable (not excessive) decoration, and pulls this hugely entertaining show together with his Early Opera Company orchestra.”
